As an experienced kickboxer, Gavin provides personal training for kickboxing for people who want a different way to work out as well as to learn new skills. Kickboxing combines martial arts with boxing to provide an activity that can be a sport, self-defense, or just a way for you to get your workout in and burn lots of calories!
